Are you an Established Non-profit
Seeking to Make a Bigger Difference?
The Oak Tree Project donates Professional Service Grants to qualified non-profit organizations in the areas of assessment, financial management, leadership (executive and board), human resource management, strategic planning, process management, technology strategies & information management, and marketing.
The Oak Tree Project was founded by five senior management consultants concerned about community issues and dedicated to doing something about it. They are members of the Northern California Chapter of the Institute of Management Consultants USA; IMC USA is a national association that sets ethical standards for conduct in business with management consulting associations in over 30 other countries. Since the original founding of the group in 2004, it has expanded to include more projects in other areas.
"Our organization is much improved as a result of OTP's help. You helped us organize board meetings, set primary organizational goals, evaluate needs for new board membes by skills, review our mission statement, revise our bylaws, and elect new officers."
Board Co-Chair, Robert Scott, M.D.
"The extensive work to help us define a more effective and timely financial reporting system was very valuable. What is more, you all treated us with great professionalism and respect."
Executive Director, Hazel Wesson
